Launch is the Operating System and setup program for new med spas. Growth is a separate program for established practices, with scope agreed around the existing business.

Yes. EMRMedSpa is included. It provides the clinical workspace for treatment notes, consent tools, photos, protocols and inventory.

We build the website and configure the patient journey: booking, automated reminders, intake and consent delivery, GFE coordination, treatment documentation and service-specific retention. We also customize the CRM and branded email, create the first ads and launch the first campaign with you.

They are both included in the Operating System. The Marketing System handles the website, booking, automated messages and form delivery. EMRMedSpa provides the clinical workspace for the visit. We configure the GFE coordination and treatment-specific follow-up around that journey.

The workflow sends forms, reminders and the next step for any required exam. Qualiphy provides a connected exam-request route, or your clinic can use its own qualified clinician. Patients complete the forms, a clinician performs the exam, and the clinical team reviews whether care can proceed.

Your services, prices, booking rules, brand materials and the required account access. Your clinical team supplies or approves clinical forms, care instructions and treatment decisions.

The Operating System includes custom ad creation and the first campaign launched with you. Later campaigns can be run by your team or scoped as additional paid work with MSMAI. Growth has a separately agreed engagement.

Yes. Ongoing website changes and optimizations are included when needed in the Operating System program.

An AI receptionist is available as an optional paid add-on. We discuss its setup and costs separately.

We first review your current systems. Before changing anything, we agree which tools to keep and which integrations or records can be moved.

We confirm the launch schedule after reviewing required access, materials and approvals. Account recovery, outside providers and clinical decisions can affect the timing.

Your clinical team reviews clinical content and remains responsible for care and consent decisions. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for clinical onboarding; we can discuss the agreement and your clinic’s setup requirements.
