An AI receptionist, SEO, ongoing social management and other additions are separately scoped and priced.
Billing frequency
Launch is $497 per month plus $1,000 one-time onboarding. Growth is $1,250 per week; weekly billing is not a fixed four-week monthly charge.

Does Launch include ongoing ad management?+
Launch includes custom ad creation and the first campaign launched with you. You can run later campaigns yourself or pay MSMAI for additional ad work.
When is the setup timeline confirmed?+
We confirm the timeline after reviewing the access, materials and approvals your clinic needs. Account recovery, outside providers and clinical decisions can affect the schedule.
What happens after Launch setup?+
You continue using the Marketing System and EMRMedSpa, including the configured booking and follow-up tools. Ongoing website changes and optimizations are included when needed. Later campaign management and optional services are scoped separately.
When do charges begin, and is there a minimum term?+
Your order or signed agreement confirms the billing start, payment schedule and any minimum term. Review those details with the program scope before committing. Launch has a one-time onboarding fee; Growth is billed weekly.

Review the notice and cancellation conditions in your order or signed agreement. Your data and supplied materials remain yours. Website, domain, account and deliverable rights follow the applicable written agreement and third-party terms. Required lawful access and return obligations continue after termination.
